These Terms of Use govern your use of the BiznessKid mobile application ("App") and website at biznesskid.com, developed and operated by IdeaVolte LLC ("IdeaVolte," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the BiznessKid App, you (and your parent or guardian if you are under 18) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
BiznessKid is designed for children of all ages with parental supervision encouraged. In accordance with COPPA:
Subject to these Terms, IdeaVolte LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the BiznessKid App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

BiznessKid may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law or app store policies. Parents are responsible for managing in-app purchase settings on their child's device to prevent unauthorized purchases.
All content within the BiznessKid App, including but not limited to graphics, characters, text, audio, and educational content, is the property of IdeaVolte LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content.
If the App allows users to create or submit content, you grant IdeaVolte LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to operate and improve the App. You represent that any content you submit does not violate the rights of any third party.

The App is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. IdeaVolte LLC does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components. The educational content within the App is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IdeaVolte LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
We may release updates to the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. You agree that we may automatically update the App on your device. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information — including children's information in compliance with COPPA.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify parents of material changes by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
