1. About BiznessKid

BiznessKid is a mobile application developed by IdeaVolte LLC that teaches children the fundamentals of business and entrepreneurship through interactive and engaging experiences. The App is intended for children, and parents or legal guardians are encouraged to be involved in their child's use of the App.

2. COPPA Compliance — Children Under 13

We take children's privacy very seriously. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):

• We do not collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent
• Parents or legal guardians must provide consent before a child under 13 may use features that require personal information
• Parents may review, correct, or delete their child's personal information at any time
• Parents may refuse further collection of their child's information by contacting us
• We do not condition a child's participation in any activity on the disclosure of more personal information than is reasonably necessary

From Children (with parental consent):

• Username or display name (no real name required)
• In-app progress and game data
• Device identifiers necessary for app functionality

From Parents/Guardians:

• Parent or guardian name and email address (for consent verification)
• Contact information for account management

Automatically Collected:

• Device type and operating system
• App usage data and performance metrics
• Crash reports and diagnostics

4. Information We Do NOT Collect

We are committed to minimal data collection. We do NOT collect:

• Real names of children
• Physical addresses of children
• Phone numbers of children
• Photos or videos of children
• Precise geolocation data
• Social security numbers or financial information
• Information that allows children to be contacted outside the App

5. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

11. Users Outside the United States

BiznessKid is operated from the United States. If you or your child are located outside the United States, please be aware that information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes affecting children's privacy, we will notify parents by email before the changes take effect and obtain fresh consent where required by COPPA.
